The Funeral Consumers Alliance of the Hudson Valley (FCAHV) is a nonsectarian, not-for-profit, educational¹ organization.  We provide guidance ²  and  material ³ to our members and community to help them plan and realize simplicity, dignity, and economy in their funeral arrangements.  The regions we serve are Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Sullivan and Ulster counties.  We are a democratic organization; with our officers and members of the Board of Directors elected by and from our membership, and serving without pay.

Through our association with the national Funeral Consumers Alliance we are in touch with activities and practices of other affiliates throughout the United States.
